PURPOSE: A windscreen wiper and a fixing device for fixing a screen washing product supply duct on an actuating arm of a windscreen wiper blade are provided to fix the supply duct far from a vehicle grill and a wind screen to be wiped and to easily fix the supply duct on the actuating arm of the windscreen wiper blade. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device comprises a supply duct fixing unit(31) and an elasticity maintaining stirrup(32). In order to maintain the supply duct on an actuating arm(12), the elasticity maintaining stirrup is engaged with the outer circumference of a wiping pressure spring(28) received in a cavity(26) of a housing part(14) of the actuating arm or is arranged on the circumference of the wiping pressure spring. The elasticity maintaining stirrup is engaged with the inner side surface of the cavity.
