PURPOSE: A data transmission and reception device and a method thereof are provided to normally transmit and receive data by constructing a frame in a new frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A generation unit(620) generates a data frame and a control frame in a new frequency band for transmitting and receiving data between an AP(Access Point) and a terminal. A transmission unit(630) transmits the control frame in the new frequency band. The transmission unit transmits the data frame through beam-forming.
