<p>PURPOSE: A file transfer system, a message server, a terminal, and a method thereof are provided to improve efficiency of a net resource usage by downloading a file which is stored in a network server by using a HTTP. CONSTITUTION: A content server(100) includes a server transceiver(210), a server controller(220), and a server storage unit(230). A server transceiver transmits and receives data. The server storage unit stores a file. If a file is received from a transmitting terminal through the server transceiver by using a HTTP, the server controller stores the file in the server storage unit and transmits file link data of the file which is stored in the transmitting terminal through the server transceiver. The server controller provides the stored file according to the request of the receiving terminal through the server transceiver.
