Damping units (5a, 5b) are placed in parallel with a junction of the rim and the connection unit, and/or with a junction of the connection unit and the hub such that the damping units are not primarily subjected to a compression during utilization of a cycle. Each damping unit includes an elastomeric material portion placed in parallel with the junction of the rim and a beam (2a) and/or at a junction of the hub and the beam.
