<p>The device has a control lever connected to a gear box by a control system (2) that comprises a lever near a casing (1a) of the gear box. A determination unit i.e. sensor (5), determines whether a transmission ratio is in engaged or disengaged state. A temporary attaching unit (6) attaches the lever of the control system with the casing of the gear box when the transmission ratio is engaged. The attaching unit includes a permanent magnet (9) that is placed in the lever of the control system, and an electromagnet (8) placed in the casing and arranged face to face with the permanent magnet. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling a passage and/or selection of gears in a gearbox of a car.</p> |
