It is disclosed a portable kit being composed, inter alia, of plural rooms-compartments and a membrane of gel-like material wherein live pre-educated/special immuno-activated human &bgr;-leucocytes or &bgr;-leucocytes of Wistar mice or transgenic mice or transgenic pigs. In this gel a calcium-stimulated luminescence photo-protein (aequorin) is added; the luminescence and so the evidence of infection will appear on a high light sensitive Polaroid-type film existing in the reaction space. The invention aims at the differential diagnosis of bacterial or viral infections and, thereby, at the efficient vigilance of physicians, patients and social security, in general.
