<p>Described is a self-cleaning oven comprising a frame (2) forming internally a cooking chamber (4) and, separated from the cooking chamber (4) by a dividing wall (3), a free compartment (5) equipped with means (12) for circulating hot air, operatively active to direct a flow of hot air along a path passing through the cooking chamber (4). The oven (1) also comprises a cleaning device (17) of the static type, mounted on the frame (2) and designed to dispense a cleaning mixture comprising water and a detergent and/or brightening and/or scale-removing product. The cleaning device (17) is located in the free compartment (5) in such a position that it is directly struck by the flow of air coming from the means (12) of circulating hot air.</p> |
