The device has a camera (1C) i.e. internet protocol type camera, for sending wireless data, a battery and a battery charger that are integrated partly in a volume defined by aluminum frames (1B) of a photovoltaic module. The camera is equipped with a wireless fidelityintegrated communication module, an integrated software and Ethernetport. A vocal alarm containing a sound message based on detection of movement is connected to the camera. A group of LEDs (2A) illuminating in field of infra-red and a luminosity detection device are inserted inside the volume.
