The board has a mechanism enclosed in a cassette that is integrated on a floating support. An elastic element is provided with a leaf spring for providing compactness to the cassette. A flag (10) is made of thin and flexible material with a fixing offset. The elastic element is attached with fasteners (8). The mechanism in the form of the cassette is integrated on an inflatable float, where the cassette is maintained in a place as on rim of a tire. A reel brake is controlled along an axis of a spring rock.
