The insert (1-20) has an antenna in an interior part, and an UHF radio frequency identification (RFID) chip (2). Clipping tabs are provided outside the insert for supporting the antenna and the UHF RFID chip. The antenna includes ends folded in a direction opposed to a wood, where the ends of the antenna move away from a cutting plane of the wood. The clipping tabs are made from a conductive material such as a thermally conductive plastic, and connected to the body of the insert.
