The device (10) has a routing tool (22) comprising a routing blade (34) attached against a blade (15) complementary to a punch (14) with respect to a sheet (12) by forming a radial cutting edge of the sheet. A calibration tool (20) delimits a lower working face (28a) that is attached with the punch to calibrate a portion (P1) of the sheet during axial displacement of a frame (18) toward a lower position. A routing tool axially deforms the portion of the sheet. The cutting edge simultaneously prints withdrawal with respect to the routing tool for axially releasing the routing tool.
