<p>The present invention relates to a swimming board comprising: a main body in which a neck insertion hole is formed in the middle thereof, the front end of the neck insertion hole is rounded with a predetermined curvature, a cutting line is formed in back of the neck insertion hole, and insertion holes are centrally formed at both sides of the cutting line; a fixing means comprising a resilient string to be inserted into the insertion holes of the main body so as to encompass the cutting line, and a tightening ring for tightening the resilient string; and a plurality of current protrusions formed at the bottom surface of the main body at regular intervals. A swimmer can freely use both hands, thereby enabling a swimming stroke such as the backstroke.</p> |
