The electrical isolating fabric is formed such that an electrical terminal is completely surrounded by the electrical isolating fabric when the covering is installed. The holders hold the electrical isolating fabric at the electrical terminal when the covering is installed. The fabric is completely removed from the electrical terminal by loosening the holders when the covering is installed. #CMT# : #/CMT# The holders are formed as cable connectors or as fastening elements.
