PURPOSE: A cutting fluid composition is provided to reduce abrasion of a cutting tool, to restrain atomic increase, to improve cutting rate, and to prevent environmental pollution due to waste water. CONSTITUTION: A cutting fluid composition is sprayed to a processing subject and cutting tools, absorbs frictional heat, and facilitates processing.
