PURPOSE: A fuel supply device of an engine of a vessel and a method thereof are provided to improve the ignition efficiency of the engine and to minimize the generation of nitrogen oxide. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply device of an engine(130) of a vessel comprises a main fuel supply line(L10), a liquid hydrogen supply line(L20), an evaporative gas liquefaction line(L30), and an evaporative hydrogen gas liquefaction line(40). The main fuel supply line takes out LNG from an LNG storage tank(110) and supplies the LNG to the engine. The liquid hydrogen supply line takes out evaporative gas generated in the upper part of the LNG storage tank and re-liquefies the same, thereby putting into the LNG storage tank again. The evaporative gas liquefaction line takes out evaporative hydrogen gas and re-liquefies the same, thereby putting into a liquid hydrogen storage tank(120) again.
