<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily exchange a cable subjected to scaling. <P>SOLUTION: A cable scaling device 10 with a cable exchange mechanism is configured to exchange a cable 2 subjected to scaling. The device 10 comprises a scaling mechanism part 20 in which the cable 2 can be supplied while being scaled for the unit of a designed dimension on a supply route R, a plurality of cable support members 30 each supporting one terminal side portion of the cable 2 in a shape along the supply route R and including a downstream guide part 34 which guides the cable 2 supplied by the scaling mechanism part 20 to a downstream-side cable path, and a moving mechanism part 50 which allows the plurality of cable support members 30 to move between a set position to dispose the supported cable 2 on the supply route R and a standby position different from the set position.
