<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily maintain a branch portion of a wire harness disposed along a path maintenance member. <P>SOLUTION: A wire harness 10 with a path maintenance member comprises a wire harness body 12 including a trunk portion 14 and a branch portion 16, and a path maintenance member 20 including a trunk path regulation portion 24 which regulates a path of the trunk portion 14 and a branch path regulation portion 26 which is formed to be branched from the trunk path regulation portion 24 and regulates a path for a proximal end side of the branch portion 16. While disposing the trunk portion 14 along the trunk path regulation portion 24 and disposing the proximal end side of the branch portion 16 along the branch path regulation portion 26, the branch portion 16 is covered with a tubular member 30 so as to include the proximal end side of the branch portion 16 and the branch path regulation portion 26.
