<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for deriving storage tank operation plan capable of deriving a feasible solution to a problem of establishing an operation plan for storage tanks for storing liquefied natural gas, which is to be a complex mixed-integer nonlinear problem. <P>SOLUTION: Assuming that initial tank state information, receiving schedule information, and feeding schedule information are given, a first solving processing in which a mixed-integer nonlinear planning problem is solved by replacing the mixed-integer nonlinear planning problem with a mixed-integer linear planning problem by executing linear approximation of nonlinear formats for nonlinear constraints that include the nonlinear formats, and a temporal solution or a final solution of a reception pattern that prescribes a storage tank as a reception object of liquefied natural gas and a discharging pattern that prescribes a storage tank for discharging liquefied natural gas are derived, and a second solving processing in which a mixed-integer nonlinear planning problem is solved by replacing the mixed-integer nonlinear planning problem with a continuous non-linear planning problem by fixing discrete variables temporarily for discrete constraints that includes the discrete variables, and a temporal solution or a final solution of transition of storage amount of liquefied natural gas and storage heat amount in each storage tank is derived are executed alternately respectively two times or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
