<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux agent which is non-curable, facilitates reliable soldering connection, and also can be customized in such a manner that its mixing with the conventional epoxy-base under fill material is facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The flux composition is provided, comprising, as initial components: a carboxylic acid; and, a polyamine fluxiing agent represented by formula (I), wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>are independently selected from a hydrogen, a substituted 1 to 80C alkyl group, an unsubstituted 1 to 80C alkyl group or the like.
