<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vacuum and seal a vacuum double container without using a large-scaled facility. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum double container 151 includes: a recessed section 155 indented toward an internal bottle 153; and a port 156 provided in the recessed section 155, and formed with a female thread section 157 on the inner peripheral surface. Vacuuming and sealing for the vacuum double container 151 are achieved in such a manner that the gas injecting and exhausting 101 is attached to the port 156, the vacuum double container 151 is vacuumed and heated through the gas injecting and exhausting 101 (baking process), an inert gas is injected into the vacuum double container 151 through the gas injecting and exhausting 101, the gas injecting and exhausting 101 is removed from the vacuum double container 151, a cap plug is put in the port 156, a brazing filler material is arranged in the recess section 155, the brazing and exhausting tool 301 is attached to the port 156, the vacuum double container 151 is vacuumed through the gas injecting and exhausting 101, and the port 156 is sealed by heating the brazing filler material through a glass body 308 of the gas injecting and exhausting 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
