<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle that is superior in bundling properties and operability, effectively prevents fusion between monofilaments in a step of producing a carbon fiber bundle, and also can produce a carbon fiber bundle having superior mechanical physical properties with excellent productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle contains a compound (A) represented by a following formula (1) and an ester compound (B) having one to two aromatic rings in a structure, which are deposited on the bundle.
