<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wiring structure that can improve operation efficiency, and a method of constructing a building. <P>SOLUTION: An electric wiring structure 1 includes a temporary electric pole 2 receiving a lead-in wire 9, a permanent trunk line 4 wired from the temporary electric pole 2 to a predetermined position in a building 100 through an outer wall lead-in part, a power distribution board 6 disposed in the building 100 and connected to a terminal of the permanent trunk line 4, a permanent branch line 7 wired from the power distribution board 6 to the predetermined position in the building 100, and an outlet connected to a terminal of the permanent branch line. A power supply need not be lead in the building from the temporary electric pole 2 outside the building 100 using a drum cord EC. A cord is not routed around in the building 100, so that the electric wiring structure looks nice, it is easy to clean the interior in the building 100, and tripping by a cord is avoided to improve safety.
