<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness inspection unit and a wire harness inspection method with which continuity inspection can be easily conducted with a short amount of preparation and inspection time. <P>SOLUTION: A wire harness inspection unit includes an inspection connector wiring board 11 to which inspection connectors 21 are actually wired according to wiring information on an item to be inspected, and an actual wiring board 12 to which the wiring information on the item to be inspected is actually wired. The wiring information on the item that is being inspected connected to the inspection connector wiring board 11 and the wiring information wired to the actual wiring board 12 are compared via comparison means 13.
