Provided is a video signal coding method, including: determining space adjacent motion information for a parallel motion processing region (PR); determining time adjacent motion information for a current block, wherein the current block is located in the parallel motion processing region (PR); determining an alternative motion information set of the current block according to the space adjacent motion information for the parallel motion processing region (PR) and the time adjacent motion information for the current block; selecting motion information for the current block from the alternative motion information set and sending the motion information indicator for the current block to a decoding end so as to assist the decoding end to determine the motion information for the current block; and performing motion compensation coding on the current block according to the motion information for the current block. Also provided are a corresponding decoding method and a coding/decoding implementation device.
