<p>Provided are: a communication module, which has reduced height, and suppresses adverse effects of a connecting terminal on an antenna element; a connector; and a communication module that is provided with the connector. The communication module that is provided with the connector is configured of a communication module (10), and a connector (20). The communication module (10) is provided with: a wiring board (11) wherein an antenna mounting region (X1) and an IC mounting region (X2) are provided at different positions in plan view; an antenna element (15) mounted in the mounting region (X1); a wireless IC (16) and a component to be mounted (17), which are mounted in the mounting region (X2); and a side-surface terminal (12), which is provided merely in the mounting region (X2) and in the vicinity of the region (X2). The connector (20) is provided with: a housing section (21), which is configured of a placing section (22) for placing the communication module (10), and a wall section (23) formed at the periphery of the placing section (22); an inner wall terminal (25), which is provided at a position inside of the wall section (23), said position facing the side-surface terminal (12); and an external terminal (26), which is provided outside of the housing section (21), and is electrically connected to the inner wall terminal (25). In a state wherein the communication module (10) is housed in the housing section (21), the terminals (25, 12) are fitted in each other such that the terminals are in contact with each other.</p> |
