摘要 <p>The present invention relates to video encoding and video decoding for performing data clipping during inverse quantization and inverse transformation according to each block. Disclosed is an inverse transformation method, wherein: quantized transformation coefficients of a current block are received; transformation coefficients, which are generated by performing inverse quantization for the quantized transformation coefficients, are clipped within the range of a first maximum value and a first minimum value determined on the basis of the size of the current block; intermediate data, which is generated by performing first inverse transformation with a first inverse transformation matrix for the clipped transformation coefficients, is clipped within the range of a second maximum value and a second minimum value determined on the basis of the size of the current block and internal bit depth; and second inverse transformation is performed by using a second inverse transformation matrix for the clipped intermediate data.</p>
