A method for finishing seamless sportswear and outdoor clothing according to the present invention comprises a fusing step with an ultrasonic fusing machine and a finishing step with a seam sealing tape, and thus the seamless sportswear and the outdoor clothing finished according to the present invention can prevent scraping and compression in the parts to which pressure is applied by removing seam parts, such as overlock and the like, and the invention can also solve problems including the generation of wrinkles during needlework and a slip phenomenon on a coating surface of water-repellent fabrics caused by a sewing needle, and further, the invention has superior tensile strength and superior water resistance.
