The apparatus (1) has abutment device (9) that is provided with two pistons that are arranged in longitudinally displaceable and sealing manner. A coupling unit is connected with the pistons. The adjusting links are arranged orthogonal to longitudinal axis of the cylinder recess of cylinder housing. The longitudinal axis of coupling unit is arranged eccentric to longitudinal axis of cylinder housing. The coupling unit is coupled slidably to the adjusting links in positive manner at self locking angle.
