The fan module (1) has a shaft (3) made of steel, on which a fan wheel (2) made of plastic is arranged. An electric motor (5) is arranged for driving shaft. A rotationally fixed arrangement of fan wheel is provided on shaft. The rotationally fixed arrangement is provided with a steel sleeve which encloses a hub (4) for receiving shaft, partially and externally. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) air conditioning system; and (2) method for manufacturing fan motor for motor car.
