<p>PURPOSE: An insulating film for hot forming, a vacuum insulator using the same, and a manufacturing method for the insulator are provided to coat a film outside a core material through hot melting, thereby easily processing and forming the film and sticking the film to the core material. CONSTITUTION: An insulating film(100) comprises a first film layer(110), a first barrier layer(130), a hot-melt layer(140), and an insulation coating layer. The first film layer is selected from a group of PEN(PolyEthylene Naphthalate) and PI(Polyimide). The first barrier layer is laminated on one side of the first film layer through a first adhering layer(120) selected from a group of LLDPE(Linear Low Density PolyEthylene), LDPE(Low Density PolyEthylene), HDPE(High Density PolyEthylene), CPP(Casting PolyPropylene), polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), an epoxy resin, and a phenol resin. The hot-melt layer is laminated on the other side of the first barrier. The insulation coating layer is a glass fiber between the first film layer and the first adhering layer.</p> |
