PURPOSE: A dedusting sheet for painting work and a dedusting method in a painting workroom thereof are provided to be installable on a wall or a ceiling without any separate installation device, and to be environmentally-friendly by minimizing volatilization of siloxane when the dedusting sheet is in use. CONSTITUTION: A dedusting sheet for painting work comprises a heat resistance sheet(1), a complex silicone rubber coating layer(2), and a heat resistance silicon adhesive coating layer(3). The complex silicone rubber coating layer is formed on one side of the heat resistance sheet. The heat resistance silicon adhesive coating layer is formed on the other side of the heat resistance sheet. The heat resistance sheet is one kind which is selected from glass cloth, carbon fiber fabric, aramid fabric and a fluorocarbon polymers film.
