An elastic cable, for solving the problems in the cable of the existing metal conductor of causing defects in the use of robots and mechanical arms due to poor tension performance and wearing out or breaking easily and thus the machine malfunctioning. The structure thereof mainly includes a central conductor (1) and an insulation outer layer (3) wrapping the conductor, wherein the material of the central conductor employs a conducting resin material. Since the conducting resin not only has a conduction function but also has good elasticity, the cable has the conduction function and at the same time also has excellent tension performance, which solves the problem that the metal conductor cable breaks easily.
