<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt press dehydrator that improves dehydration performance at the post-stage dehydration part when sequentially dehydrating a processing object by multiple stages of dehydration parts. <P>SOLUTION: The belt press dehydrator 10 includes: a primary dehydration part 12 that dehydrates a processing object by using a filter cloth belt 16; a secondary dehydration part 14 that further dehydrates the processing object, dehydrated by the primary dehydration part 12, by using the filter cloth belts 16, 20; and a shape changing part 18 that is provided between the primary dehydration part 12 and the secondary dehydration part 14 and from which the processing object discharged from the primary dehydration part 12 is carried out to the secondary dehydration part 14 after increasing the height of the processing object.
