摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently increase the conductivity of an active material layer provided in an electrode of a secondary battery, and secure a certain size of active material powder in slurry containing active materials. <P>SOLUTION: Secondary particles are manufactured through the steps of: mixing at least active material powder and oxidized conductive material powder to form slurry; drying the slurry to form a dried substance; grinding the dried substance to form a powder mixture; and reducing the powder mixture.
