<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mischief during charging. <P>SOLUTION: A charging port 10 includes: a lid 12 provided so as to be rotatable with respective to a hood and openably and closably closing a port opening which is provided in the hood, with its inside facing a charging hole; and a cover body 14 disposed in the lid.
