<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling guide device capable of highly accurately guiding a moving body being a carrying object, by effectively restraining waving caused in a moving block caused as a rolling element goes in and out of a load passage. <P>SOLUTION: This rolling guide device includes a track rail formed with a plurality of rolling surfaces of the rolling elements along the longitudinal direction, and the moving block having a plurality of load rolling surfaces for constituting the load passages of the rolling elements by opposing to the rolling surfaces, and each of the load rolling surfaces havs a pair of crowning areas arranged on both ends in its longitudinal direction and an effective load area positioned between the crowning areas.
