<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of a multilayer film having an edge single layer and capable of simply sharpening the boundary between respective resins, and to provide a feed block used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a feed block comprising a branch part branching a resin A into a multilayer use and edge use, a first confluence part forming a laminate C by allowing the resin A for a multilayer part meet with a resin B different from the resin A in a molten state, and a second confluence part forming a laminate D by adding the resin A for an edge part to both end parts of the laminate C in its width direction in the molten state. There is also provided a method for production using the feed block, of a multilayer film in which the confluent flow rate ratio of an average flow rate of the resin B to that of the resin A for the multilayer part in the first confluence part is 0.5 to 2.0, and the confluent flow rate ratio of the average flow rate of the laminate C to that of the resin A for the edge part in the second confluence part is also 0.5 to 2.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
