<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyolefin resin composition excellent in transparency and crystallization temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This fine nucleating agent has a number-average particle diameter (a) of 0.1 μm or less and is characterized in that when the weight percentage of the nucleating agent to a resin is defined as C<SB POS="POST">NA</SB>, the ratio of Io, in formula (1) expressing the nucleation rate I, to the C<SB POS="POST">NA</SB>, Io/C<SB POS="POST">NA</SB>, is 10<SP POS="POST">15</SP>(mm<SP POS="POST">-3</SP>s<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>) or more. logI=logIo-(C/ΔT)...(1). In the formula (1), I: nucleation rate of a crystalline resin, Io: a prefactor, C: a constant determined by experiment, ΔT: degree of supercooling [the difference (°K) between equilibrium melting point T<SB POS="POST">m</SB><SP POS="POST">O</SP>and crystallization temp] being an intercept of the axis of ordinate logI when a straight line obtained by plotting logIo:logI to 1/ΔT, is extrapolated to 1/ΔT=0, and I: increasing amount of the number of crystals per unit volume (1 mm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>) and unit time (1 sec). Crystallization is carried out by blending 0.1 pt.wt of the nucleating agent to 100 pts.wt of a crystalline resin, then forming a film having a thickness of 0.1 mm, and after melting the film, cooling and isothermally crystallizing the resulting molten film at a certain temperature T (°K). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
