<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-help device which enables unsealing of a medicine or a small bag to be performed with one hand. <P>SOLUTION: The small bag 3 is placed by leaning against a stand 1 and afterwards cut with scissors and unsealed.
