<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology with which a connected stream can be generated while suppressing a load onto a server by devising an encoding system of a video tile stream. <P>SOLUTION: A video signal subjected to encoding is accepted. While using appropriate predictive reference information, the video signal is encoded, thereby generating a tile stream. The video tile stream obtained by encoding is outputted. In encoding video information, a predictive reference information restricted system or a predictive reference information fixed system is used to prevent an error from being generated by mismatching of a predictive relation between signals even when streams configured in MB lines of a frame in the video tile stream are connected arbitrarily. When connecting the tile streams, mismatching of predictive information items determined in encoding and written in the streams can be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
