<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice milling machine for Sake brewing that has a simple structure which achieves the cooling effect, prevents the occurrence of dew condensation, and eliminates the need for special control. <P>SOLUTION: The rice milling machine 1 for Sake brewing is configured to mill rice by repeatedly grinding rice grains while circulating them. The machine includes: a rice milling tank 2; and a polishing roll 11 for grinding rice grains supplied from the rice milling tank 2. The rice milling tank 2 is attached with cooling fins 20. The configuration allows the simple structure using the cooling fins 20 to achieve the cooling effect and simultaneously prevent the occurrence of dew condensation, and also, eliminate the need for special control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
