<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting apparatus that can increase a cutting feeling during cutting time, and also in which a cutting blade and an object to be cut are preferably moved relative to each other. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting apparatus includes an angle change means 60 for the cutting blade 4 which is configured to change an angle made by the cutting blade 4 and the object 6.
