In the present invention, method and apparatus of performing a power headroom report (PHR) in a wireless communication system are described. The present invention comprises receiving timing advance group (TAG) configuration information regarding a configuration state of a TAG where at least one serving cell is classified from a base station; receiving a random access indicator indicating performing random access through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from the base station; determining PHR information based on Power management Maximum Power Reduction (PMPR) for each of the at least one serving cell and the TAG configuration information when random access is performed based on the random access indicator; and transmitting a PHR including the PHR information to the base station.
