The method involves providing a stabilizer rod, an elastomer bearing and a bearing bracket, and liquefying a rubber material to a rubber solution (3) using a solvent (7). The rubber solution is applied to the stabilizer rod, the elastomer bearing and the bearing bracket. The stabilizer rod is connected with the elastomer bearing in a form-fit manner, and the elastomeric bearing is connected with the bearing bracket in a form-fit manner. The rubber solution is cured, and a metal construction part (1) of an elastomeric element (4) is wet with the rubber solution. The solvent is selected from a group consisting of turpentine oil, camphor oil or linseed oil.
