摘要 <p>A buffering surface-type knee joint is formed by connecting a femoral condyle prosthesis (1), a butterfly movable platform (2), a butterfly tibia platform prosthesis base (3), a tibia platform implant (4) and a buffer vibration absorber (3.3, 3.4, 3.5), which is installed on the butterfly tibia platform prosthesis base (3);reinforcing ribs (1.1) are arranged at the inner surface of the femoral condyle prosthesis (1), and a pair of bone grafting cabins (1.2) is symmetrically arranged at the rear end of the femoral condyle prosthesis (1);an ultra-radius spherical hole (2.1) is arranged at the middle bottom of the butterfly movable platform (2); a spherical pile (3.1), a limit post (3.2) and a shock damper hole (3.6) are arranged on the butterfly tibia platform prosthesis base (3),charactered in that the implant at the bottom center of the butterfly tibia platform prosthesis base (3) is cylindrical, the tibia platform implant (4) is in a hollow cylindrical wall porous structure, and a screwed hole is arranged at the horizontal plane of the upper end of the hollow cylindrical wall porous structure. The buffering surface-type knee joint reduces the contrecoup stress which is generated between the moving prostheses effectively, prolongs the service life of the prostheses, and has the characteristic of good stability.</p>
