<p>Disclosed is a barrelhead slotting device for an open mouth barrel, wherein a base plate (11) is mounted on a framework (2), a guide disk supporting shaft (8) and tool fastening seats (7) are mounted on the base plate, a guide sleeve (9) is sheathed onto the outside of the guide disk supporting shaft, a position-limit ring for a barrel mouth (10) is mounted on the framework, a guide disk (5) is fixed to the top of the guide disk supporting shaft, a slotting tool (4) is respectively mounted on each tool fastening seat, a guide block is respectively provided on the inner side of each slotting tool, a groove corresponding to the guide block is provided on the guide disk, and a guide bead (6) is respectively provided on the guide disk on the guide face corresponding to each guide block, a primary slotting driving mechanism (1) is mounted on the upper part of the framework, the primary slotting driving mechanism is connected to a pressure disk (3), and the guide disk supporting shaft is connected with a secondary slotting driving mechanism (14) mounted on the base plate. The device carries out the secondary slotting of the steel barrel by the movement of a rising mandrel component and a tool, the residue within the barrel slot can be removed completely thereby during cleaning, and the device has a high finished product rate and high reliability.</p> |
