<p>Provided is a biological information measuring device (100), comprising an impedance measurement circuit (30) and a CPU (70). The biological information measuring device (100) transitions between a first state in which specific biological information can be measured and a second state in which an instruction can be inputted. The impedance measurement circuit (30) measures electrical impedance of a specific site of the body. The CPU (70) estimates tension of the muscles in the specific site on the basis of the electrical impedance measured in the first state and detects input of the instruction on the basis of the estimated tension.</p> |
