<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device of a hybrid vehicle which can prevent an output voltage of a capacitor from abruptly and largely being lowered. <P>SOLUTION: When an accelerator of a hybrid car 1 is operated, a capacitor output requirement value being an electric power value which should be outputted from a capacitor 6 is set by a capacitor output requirement value setting part 11 on the basis of an operation amount of the accelerator. Furthermore, losses in a motor generator 3 and a motor generator drive circuit 5 are estimated by a loss estimation part 14. After that, the losses are subtracted from the capacitor output requirement value by a subtraction part 15, and a torque command value being a target value of torque outputted from the motor generator 3 is operated by a torque command operation part 16 on the basis of the subtracted value.
