<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely faithfully reproduce a feeling of operation on an acoustic musical instrument represented by an acoustic piano. <P>SOLUTION: When a musical performance is carried out by an operation on a keyboard unit 2, a musical sound signal generated by a sound source (not shown in figure) is amplified by an amplifier (not shown in figure), and supplied to a speaker 8. The speaker 8 emits a musical sound to a player side, that is, to the right in Fig.1(a), and simultaneously emits a musical sound also from the back. The musical sound emitted from the back of the speaker 8 includes a number of low-frequency components, and the air vibrations of the low-frequency components are transmitted through a duct 9 to a rear end of a pedal 5 (the left end in Fig.1(a)). The vibrations transmitted to the rear end of the pedal 5 are transmitted to a front end of the pedal 5 (the right end in Fig.1(a)), and further transmitted to the sole of the player. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
