<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a keyword necessity of which is not noticed before going to a certain place and is recognized when being at an actual place. <P>SOLUTION: A query including a plurality of keywords is acquired from a user, and when a position word is included in the keyword, the keyword for which the latitude and longitude are imparted to the position word is extracted, position information of the user at the point of time of acquiring the query is acquired, and the latitude and longitude of the position information and the latitude and longitude of the position word are compared to determine whether or not the position word and the position of the user are the same. When it is determined that the query is inputted at the actual place, determination information is stored in query storage means, a score of a position word unit is calculated on the basis of the information stored in the query storage means, and is stored in score storage means.
